Baxter, Polly Virginia, 71, passed away at her home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Wednesday, November 8th, 2018. She was born May 12th, 1947 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Joshua and Lola Geneva Mattox Glass. Polly worked as a medical assistant.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Duane Frederick Baxter; son, Hall Dane Hodges; granddaughter, Angel Dawn Baxter; sisters, Peggy Casey, Carol Limore, Mary Beth Osborn, Janet Fisher; brothers, Gerald Glass and Chuck Glass. Survived by daughter, Paula (Kenneth) McCann; son, Duncan (Angie) Baxter; daughter, Misty (Wesley) White; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 11th, 2018 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. The funeral service will be 2pm, Monday, November 12th, 2018 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
