Fisher, Rachel C., 76, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022, after a long illness.
Rachel was born in Albuquerque, NM to E. B. "Bob" & Rose (Cisneros) Padilla
May 16, 1946. She grew up in Southern California in the town of La Sierra.
She graduated from La Sierra College with her BA in Education in 1968. She met
her husband, Dr. Carl M. Fisher while they were in college. They were
married, August 4, 1968. Rachel worked as an elementary school teacher while
her husband was in medical school in Kansas City, Mo., and Oklahoma.
Rachel was a past president of the Tulsa District Osteopathic Auxiliary.

Rachel is survived by her husband, Dr. Carl Fisher, Broken Arrow, OK., son, Brian
Fisher, of Bixby,OK., grandson, Preston Fisher of Bixby, OK., sister, Anita Fisher,
of Tulsa, brother, Robert Padilla of California, brother in law, Walter Fisher,
Broken Arrow, OK. Also survived by nieces & nephews: Julie, Lori, and Scott
and his wife, Chariny, niece, Ruth Ann Deetz, Solano Beach, CA.

Rachel loved life, her husband, her infamous closet, and her fur babies.
Rachel & Carl were long time members of Cedar Ridge Country Club and
loved traveling to different locations to play golf. She loved her animals and
generously supported the Tulsa SPCA. In lieu of flowers, please donate to her
favorite charity the Tulsa SPCA.
