Watkins, Ralph Wayne 82, passed away Sunday January 26, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. Born in Tulsa, OK October 31,1931 to Frank and Lou Watkins. He was self-employed. Ralph had an interesting career. He started by serving papers for a Justice of the Peace. He later served for local attorneys as well as attorneys from all across the United States and several foreign countries. He was the first Tulsa member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Paul Watkins and Orville Tate. Survived by his wife, Marilyn; daughters Donna Isaacs and husband, Kenny, and Louann Basinger and husband Doug; grandchildren, Dustin and Derek Wilson, Trevor, McKinsey and Lance Basinger; great-grandchildren, Paige Basinger and Landon Wilson.
