Reece E. Murray, 84, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 21, 2020 in Broken Arrow, OK.. He was born January 13, 1936 in Carney, OK to John Willard Murray and Lula May (Hall) Murray.
Reece was the owner of Murray's Custom Upholstery and retired from American Airlines. He was the song leader for Liberty Freewill Baptist Church in Broken Arrow and a Freewill Baptist minister. Reece served in the United States Army,
Predeceased by his brothers, Robert Gene Murray, Billy Murray, Harold Don Murray and Lawrence Murray and wife, Wanda Lou; sister, Bonna Conner, Donna and her husband, R.L. Spurgeon, Wanda Martin and her husband, Robert.
Reece is survived by his loving wife, Geniva Murray; daughters, Connie Murray and Jonie Bell and her husband, Greg; grandchildren, A.J. Owens, Morgan Owens and Drew Bell; brother, Nolan Murray and his wife, Jeanie; several nieces, nephews and his little dog, Lucy.
Visitation will be 2-4pm Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Moore's Southlawn Funeral Home, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, OK 74145 and the Funeral Service 10am, Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Liberty Freewill Baptist Church, 1100 N. 5th Street, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Moore Southlawn Funeral Home 918-663-2233
