OYLER, Richard "Rick", 62, of Plano, TX, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 in Dallas, TX. Born August 25, 1953 in Tulsa, OK to Alfred and Billie (Prather) Oyler.

Rick received his BA in Journalism from University of Oklahoma and was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He married Frankie Anece Webb December 8, 1979 in Houston, TX. He was Manager of Public Relations for L-3 Communications in Arlington, TX for over 30 years. He was a member of Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, Tulsa, OK.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Billie Oyler. He is survived by his wife, Frankie Oyler of the home; father, Alfred Oyler; son, Dr. Vincent (Tarin) Oyler; brother, Barry (Susan) Oyler; two nieces, Elizabeth Gallagher and Kristen Fennema; one nephew, Samuel Hunt.

Viewing will be from 1-8PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK.
