Rickey Lee
Cagle
Mar 26, 1973 — Sep 23, 2026
Ricky Lee Cagle, 53, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 23, 20226 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Born March 3, 1973 to Robert and Betty (Carothers) Cagle.
Rick was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was his family. A Christian, Rick lived his life with a deep love for those around him and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, hard work, and treasured memories.
Rick graduated from Berryhill High School and later attended Tulsa Vo-Tech. His lifelong love of cars became an important part of both his personal and professional life. Throughout his career, he worked as an automotive painter, owned and operated his own shop, and later worked as a paint representative. His dedication and knowledge in the industry were recognized when he received the President's Club Award at NCS.
Outside of work, Rick enjoyed the simple things that made life meaningful. He loved playing golf, fishing, spending time with friends, and getting away to the woods. But more than anything, Rick loved his family.
His family was his favorite part of life, and he loved them fiercely. He was an incredible Papa, and his granddaughters were truly his pride and joy. He cherished every moment he could spend with them and created memories they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
Rick and his wife, Sara, shared a love of traveling and enjoyed going anywhere as long as they were together. Of all the places they visited, the beach held a special place in their hearts and was their favorite place to be.
Rick will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His love for his family, his generous spirit, and the memories he created with those closest to him will continue to live on.
Rick is survived by his loving wife, Sara Cagle; his children, Devan Cagle, Ricardo Sanchez and his wife, Jessica, Sallina Hoge, and Megan Schwandt; his beloved granddaughters, Velouria and Jane; his parents, Bob and Betty Cagle; his sister, Sherry Fisher and her husband, Jerry; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived his mother-in-law Sally Sutton; and sisters-in-law Susie Sjulin and Barrie Bandy.
Though his family will feel his absence deeply, they will forever carry the love he gave so freely and the many memories of a man who treasured his family above all else.
Memorial Service will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Family Fellowship, 6105 West 36th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
