RICKEY DALE COOK 65, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014 in Tulsa,
Oklahoma. Rickey was born to Gerald Dale Cook and Nellie Ruth (Sample) Cook on
August 12, 1948 in Stroud, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his father.
Rickey is survived by his mother Nellie Ruth (Sample) Everman; his wife,
Virginia "Ginger" (Sells) Cook; one daughter, Stacey Lynn (Cook) Mehm;
one son, Richard James Cook; two sisters, Sharon Ruth (Cook) Ward and
Diana Lynn (Young) Dunlap; one step brother, Chris Everman; four nephews,
Danny Lee Manor; Michael Dale Manor; Rodney Joe Manor and Ricky Weeks;
one niece, Leslie Dawn Weeks. Six grandchildren, Ashley Mehm; Jaron Mehm;
Breanna Mehm; Aiden Mehm; Emma Cook and Gavin Cook.
Rickey was the manager of Riverside Drive-In Theater for ten years, then
he worked as a machinist for McDonald-Douglas Aircraft Co.
Graveside Service: 2:00 p. m., Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the Sallisaw
City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with Bro. Dale Phelps officiating.
