Rickey Lee Legan, 76, passed away on January 2, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born June 21, 1946 in Granite City, Illinois to the late Jack L. and Velma Jean (Montgomery) Legan. Rickey was a Millwright and was a member of the Union 216, of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was also a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Rickey loved fishing, working on cars, cooking and grilling and guns. He was a man of all trades. Rickey will be forever loved and missed.
Rickey was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Nora; sister, Peggy Hardy; children, Tasha and Kim Legan, Dawn Walker (Ron), Jeremy Holmes (Shelley), & James Donald Holmes, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00pm Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel to honor the Life of Rickey.
