Rita Marie Newell, 75, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, November 6, 2015. She was born September 30, 1940 in Wynnewood, OK to Willie Lee and Mary Fannie Newell. She was a retired school teacher. She is survived by her partner, Pauline Thurmond.
