Robert "Bob" Thomas Doherty, Jr, 86, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019 in Tulsa, OK. He was born to Robert Timothy and Ella Kristine (Antons) Doherty on July 2, 1933 in Napa, CA. Bob was raised in northern California and southern Oregon and spent most of his adult life in Hawaii before moving to Oklahoma. He was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and a homebuilder by profession. Bob enjoyed traveling, dancing, entertaining friends and watching football, especially the Oklahoma Sooners. In his later years he enjoyed spending time with his four legged friend Rascal.

Bob is survived by his adoring wife, Jeanean, siblings Noel Doherty, Jon and Dianne Doherty, Vi and Brad Bradford, daughter Kelly Locasico, and granddaughter Ashley Saunders and numerous Doherty nieces and nephews of three generations. In addition he is survived by his loving new family Stefanie, Rick, Sarah and Elizabeth Kelly; Stacy, Brandon, Audrey and Carley Cate; Bill, Jenny, Emma and Liam Salisbury; Ted, Carol, B.J., and Railey Salisbury.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers David and Bruce, his sister, Esther and his son Robert Timothy Doherty, III.
