Robert Aaron Doss, age 50, passed away on January 5, 2019 in Tulsa, OK. He was born February 12, 1968 in Tulsa, OK to Roger D. and Roscine Kay (Vulgamore) Doss. Robert graduated from high school and lived in a group home in Wetumka, OK. Robert really liked all of his friends and caregivers at the group home

He was a loving son and brother. He was always willing to help his mom around the house vacuuming, dusting, mowing the lawn or anything that needed to be done. Robert and his sister, Melissa were very close. He always looked forward to her visits. When his niece, Emily and nephew, Nic would walk through the door, he would get very excited.

Robert loved to watch movies and listen to music -- especially music from the 80's. He enjoyed anything electronic, including but not limited to TVs, stereos and computers which he liked turning on and off. He looked forward to his weekly trips to Walmart or going out to eat.

Robert enjoyed going to church and singing. He attended Asbury United Methodist Church with his mother until her death. Later, he would attend Asbury occasionally with his friend, Bonnie Lindemuth, and he was thrilled to go with her and be a part of the Seeker's class. He loved the class members and they loved him.

He is predeceased by his parents, Roger D. and Roscine Kay Doss. Robert is survived by his sister, Melissa Wilson and her husband, Frank and their children, Emily and Nic Wilson.

Visitation will be 9AM-9:30 a.m., Friday, January 11, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Service at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, Tulsa, OK. A private family burial will take place in Clearwater Cemetery, Clearwater, Kansas. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
