Garrison, Robert Dale, 87 of Tulsa passed away Monday February 10, 2014. He was born January 15, 1927 in Independence, Ks to Francis and Veva Garrison. He joined the Navy in 1945. He was a postal clerk and enjoyed golf, bowling, square dancing and playing with his dog Butch. Survived by wife of 32 years Jewell E. Garrison, children Rusty Garrison and wife Barbara of FL, Larry Garrison and wife Elaine of IL, stepchildren Ruth Martin and husband Jerry of Broken Arrow, Margaret Tohlen and husband Harold of Broken Arrow, Donna Larkey and husband Roger of Tulsa and David Miller of Duncan, grandchildren Larry and Ashlee, 1 great grandchild, step grandchildren Crystal, Tina, Lori, Scott, Candace, Bethany, Heather, Sarah, Joshua, 9 step great grandchildren, brothers Eugene Garrison of Independence, KS and Gail Garrison of Pittsburg, KS. Preceded in death by wife Joan Garrison. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Service 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2014, Moore's Eastlawn Chapel, Interment Floral Haven Cemetery.
