Robert Reardon O'Connell, 85, of Tulsa, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019. He was born August 7, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York to Joseph and Margaret O'Connell. Robert had worked in the steel industry and was member of the church at Heatheridge Assisted Living. He was in the United States Army and Navy, and prior to moving to Tulsa, he was a parishioner of St. John Catholic Church, the America Legion and the YMCA, all in Monaca, PA. He was an alumnus of Penn State University where he attended and graduated. Robert also enjoyed dancing, reading and shopping. He is survived by his children, Sherri Luque of Broken Arrow, Shawn O'Connell and his wife Laura of Broken Arrow, Kevin O'Connell and his wife Annie of Tulsa and Denise Mughrabi of Broken Arrow; twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his infant son, Keith Patrick O'Connell and his sister, Virginia Leslie.
