Robert Barton Philion, 52, of Owasso, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022. He was born October 23, 1969 in Los Angeles, CA to James Robert and Beth Philion. Bart had worked at Hillcrest Medical Center and was a member of New Heights Church in Owasso. He enjoyed mustang cars, drag races, and movies, in particular Marvel and Star Wars. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Philion; his son, Robert Kendrick Philion; his parents, James and Beth Philion of Malibu, CA; his brother, William "Billy" Andrew Mellon; his sister, Brandi Mellon; and his birth mother, Nancy Olson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Tami Rene' Philion.
