Robert S. Burlingame, 86 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robert was born August 23, 1928 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to L. Thomas and Gertrude Sanders Burlingame.

Robert graduated from Central High School in 1946 and then enlisted in the United States Army where he served in Germany during the Korean War. After he was discharged from the Army he attended Oklahoma A & M and then later worked as a loan officer in the banking industry.

Robert is survived by his daughter Lisa Bowers and husband Keith of Terlton, Oklahoma; two sisters, Geraldine Cochran & Virginia Burlingame both of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nieces Susan Koenig and husband Phillip of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Carol Cochran of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Judith Coyle and husband Doug of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; nephews Robert McCall and wife Barbara of Coweta, Oklahoma, Tom McCall of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Ken McCall of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Betty McCall and brother Thomas Burlingame.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2014 in the Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel located at 9350 E. 51st Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma with Pastor Bill Mason officiating.
