Robert L. Carter (Bob) entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 2:15 P.M.

Bob attended Quincy High School and graduated in 1976. He owned and operated Carter's Janitorial Service from 1980-1989. He moved to Tulsa to attend Spartan School of Aeronautics and graduated in 1991. He worked at American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic until his death.

Bob married Pamela And Trenter in 1980. She survives. They have four children, Jessica Carter Sanko (Daniel), Jennifer Carter (Chris Mollnow), Robert J. Carter (Alicia), and Benjamin Carter (Debra). He was a beloved Pap-paw to 5 grandchildren, Ashlyn Carter, Mason Mollnow, Jadon Carter, Jaxon Carter, and Gianna Mollnow.

Bob's hobbies included computers and technical upkeep. He loved playing video games with his grandson's and family BBQs. Bob raised his precious family in God's grace and love. He bestowed Christ's teachings as a foundation for when they grew and began their families.

Surviving is his mother Rose Carter; a sister, Christine Carter and brother, William (Michelle) Carter. He was preceded in death by his father George Lee Carter.

Visitation will be 4-7PM, Monday, March 8, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
