James Robin Lopp peacefully passed from this life on October 10, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Robin was born on November 27, 1946 in Vinita, Oklahoma to Robert Ray Lopp and Betty Lou
(Simmons) Lopp.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Robin is survived by his son, James
Robin "Rob" Lopp, Jr. of Cody, Wyoming and his brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Dianne
Lopp of Tulsa. He will also be missed by several extended family members.
Robin was a Vietnam veteran who was awarded, among other commendations, the Bronze Star. After his tour of duty, he became a successful salesman, eventually retiring from Metro Builders Supply in Tulsa. He loved the St. Louis Cardinals and a personal highlight for him was attending a Cardinals' game with his brother. Robin's experience in Vietnam was costly to him in many
ways but he was proud of his service to his country. In later life, he found solace and comfort
with friends he made at the Vet Center. "The guys" there understood.

His funeral will be on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10:00am at Floral Haven Cemetery with Pastor Jim Thornton of Tulsa Hills Nazarene Church officiating. The service will be brief and held outdoors.
