Rollin was born in Niagara Falls New York in 1968 to, then, Stan and Edine Hoggatt. He was an exceptionally kind hearted man, and will be missed by all whose life he touched.
He was preceded to heaven by all of his paternal and maternal grandparents and his beloved nephew, Andrew Rollin Haliburton.
He is survived by his two lovely sisters, Christine Renee Parker, and Angela Heather Buescher, and their 8 beautiful children, and 5 awesome grandchildren.
