Ronald Edward Colwell passed peacefully May 23, 2023, while in St. Francis South Hospice Care, Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was 80 years old and lived a very full life. Ronny was always a curious boy and wanted to know how things worked. He had many interests, coin and stamp collecting, loved cruising on his Harley with his beloved wife Roberta and traveling to new places.

Ronny grew up in Tulsa and spent most of his life here. He graduated from Central High School and attended several years of college. Ronny served in the US Navy from 1962 to 1964.

He had several interesting jobs, including window washing in New York City. He eventually retired from Irby Electric after many years.

Ronny was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Roberta; his parents, Grover and Betty Colwell. He is survived by his sisters, DeDe Magee (husband Tom) and Patsy Chandler. One stepson, David Banks; his nieces, Chris Fenoglio (husband Eddie), Stacey O'Connor (husband Matt), and nephew, Brandon Chandler (wife Katy). He had a grandniece and four grandnephews; two great- grandnephews and many cousins.

We want to thank all of Ron's caregivers at Forest Hills Care and Rehab, St Francis South Hospital Hospice Care and to his dear friend and neighbor, Mike Hardison.

Services will be held in The Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, Oklahoma, May 25, 2023. Visitation will be at 9:30am and funeral service at 10:00am.
