Ronnie Lee Billups was born on March 21, 1947, at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He left this world on September 8, 2023, also in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his father: Earl Billups; mother: Eva Billups; and son: Matthew Billups. He is survived by his wife: Billie Billups; son: Adam Billups; daughter: Taylor Billups; and sister: Shirley Arnold.

Ronnie grew up as a member of the Church of Christ. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian College and served in the United States Air Force. He was an avid reader and enjoyed many different genres of books. His major enjoyments were the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane Football and Men's Basketball. Ronnie also enjoyed NASCAR and USA Soccer.

Viewing will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 13th at Moore's Memory Chapel 1403 S. Peoria Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120.
Graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 14th at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, OK.
