Ronnie George Carver was born on November 25, 1952 in Pryor, Oklahoma to Claudine and Mitchell Carver. He passed from this life, to his maker, on February 25, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 68. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Melinda Carver, their four children, their spouses and six grandchildren: Carrie, John and Christian Smedstad, Christy, Daniel, Victoria and Ainsley Wells, Molly, Peter and Abby Lawson and Jeffrey, Sarah, Winry and Hazel Carver. Ron is also survived by his sister Renee, her husband Bill and their daughter Emma.

Ron grew up in Pryor, Oklahoma before attending Oklahoma State University, graduating with a Masters in Chemical Engineering. Along with several other lifelong friends, it was here, at OSU, that Ron met the love of his life, Melinda. In later years, he returned to his beloved OSU to earn a second Master Degree in Environmental Engineering. Ron was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. Although he will be deeply missed, we know he is finally at peace, joined with our Heavenly Father in eternal life.

Funeral Service will be 2pm on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel with a Visitation Monday, March 1, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Moore's Southlawn Chapel.
