Roxie was born May 1, 1935 in Ekalaka, MT to Leslie "Bud" and Ina Mae Parsons. She passed away peacefully in Tulsa, OK on January 15, 2024.
She is survived by 3 children, Larry McFarling, Nicole McFarling and David Hill and 2 step-children, Joan Graves and Richard Hill. She had 2 grandsons and 8 great-granddaughters.
Roxie, a devoted Catholic, was involved in many charitable activities at St. Anne Catholic Church in Broken Arrow over the last 20 years. She loved knitting and crocheting and devoted much time to making and donating baby blankets for preemies. She was also involved in the Ministry of Compassion, helping the poor and struggling families in Broken Arrow, OK.
She enjoyed cooking, baking, and was an active bowler on leagues in CA and OK for 50 years.
