Hughes, Roy Franklin, 87 of Tulsa passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013. He was born September 23, 2013 in Dixon, MO to James and Minnie Hughes. He was an Accountant for B P Amoco and was a member of The Road On Sheridan. Survived by wife Jeanette, son Gary and his wife Mary Hughes of Tulsa, grandchildren Jefferey Hughes and Scott Hughes, great grandchildren Will, Mia, Victoria and Tyler is on the way. Preceded in death by wife Lois and 5 siblings
