Roynald L. ("Papa Ron") King, age 86, of Tulsa, passed away at home on November 6, 2018. He was born February 6, 1932 in Sapulpa. He was of the Baptist faith. Predeceased by parents Lionel and Beulah King; three brothers: Cecil, Glyn and Eugene King; one granddaughter, Samantha Riley King. He is survived by his beautiful loving wife of 65 years, Rosie (Deines) King.

Father to Randy King of Mannford, Rick King and his wife for life, Melanie of Tulsa, Robbie Clugston and her husband, Mike of Tulsa. Loving grandfather to Christina King of Nacogdoches, TX, AJ King of Tulsa, Chris King of Collinsville, Maya Clugston of Tulsa and Parker, Carson and Ayden King all of Broken Arrow.

Roynald grew up in Russell, KS and graduated from Russell High School in 1950. Shortly after graduating he joined the U.S. Marine Corp where he served for 3 years and became Corporal. Over the years he was employed with Pacific Pump, Dresser Rand, Bovaird Supply, Packaging Store (owner), Braum's, Papa Johns, Census taker and QuikTrip. In his spare time he did woodworking and was a master peanut brittle maker. He enjoyed traveling from Wyoming to Kansas.

Viewing will be 10am to 8pm on Friday, November 9, 2018 and the Funeral Service will be 1pm, November 10, 2018 both at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St. Tulsa, OK. A private family burial will take place Monday, November 12, 2018 at Floral Haven Cemetery.
