Ruby (Jerri) Geraldine Dew, 87, joined her husband Bob Dew in Heaven peacefully Wednesday July 27, 2016. Jerri and Bob lived in Plano TX for 25 years before moving to Hideaway TX in 1989 to enjoy retirement where they had many friends. Jerri and Bob were members of Hideaway Church. Jerri joined her daughter Janine Snyder in Tulsa OK after the death of Bob in 2009. Jerri was living in Aberdeen Heights Assisted Living when she passed away.
Jerri is survived by her daughter Janine Snyder and husband Mike of Tulsa, OK and her son Robert Dew and wife Kathy of Grand Prairie, TX. She was also survived by 5 loving grandchildren, Robyn Dew Olive (Howard), Jennifer Dew Allen(Jeff), Brent Snyder (Kelly), Chadd Snyder (Jessica) and Drew Snyder along with 8 great grandchildren.
There will be a memorial Celebration of Life service at Hampton Road Baptist Church Saturday, at 2pm August 27th in Desoto TX at 400 N. Hampton, Desoto TX. Internment will follow at DFW National Cemetery on Monday August 29 at 11am in Grand Prairie TX.
