BIAS, Rufus J., Jr., 55, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 in Broken Arrow, OK. Born December 30, 1959 in Lafayette, LA to Rufus and Ollie Mary (Francis) Bias, Sr. He was a Habilitation Trainee Specialist for Gatesway Foundation. He also owned Lawn Care With A Flair. Survived by his father, Rufus Bias of Crowley, LA; wife, Aretha Y. Bias of Broken Arrow, OK; three sons, John Bias of Houston, TX, Freddy Hayes of Tulsa, OK, Rufus Bias III and Christina of Houston, TX; daughter, Marquisa Adams and Kenneth of Tulsa, OK; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Melvin Dugar and Linda of Houston, TX and Michael Dugar and Linda of Eagan, MN.
