Russell "Joe" Belton, 78, of Tulsa, died Sunday, February 7th, 2021. He was born June 23, 1942 in Belleville, IL to Melvin and Florence Russell Belton. He married Judith Kay Feterly. She preceded him in death in 2018.

Mr Belton was in sales for Nelson Marine Products and then US Pioneer. He was a US Marine Corps Veteran, having served on an aircraft carrier involved with the Cuban Missile Crisis and went on to serve during the Vietnam Era.

He is survived by 3 children: Joey Belton of Grove, Cindy (the late Ryan) Kelley of Grove and Brian Belton of Broken Arrow; 4 grandchildren: Josh Belton of Sapulpa, Erica Wofford of Colonial Beach, VA, Caitlin Belton of Tulsa and Collin Kelley of King George, VA; 2 sisters: Mary Belton of Maryville, IL, Nancy Belton Walker of O'Fallon, IL; a brother, Melvin Belton of Chicago, IL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 22, 2021 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery with military honors. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
