Russell "Rusty" Perry Boling, 79, of Tulsa, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016. He was born January 27, 1937 in Bartlesville, OK. His parents were Sherman E. and Mildred Boling. He was raised Nazarene, was a grocery clerk and enjoyed cooking, fishing, chess, poker and going to the Hard Rock. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Geneva; his children Phyllis Boling-Emmanuel and her husband Daniel of Tulsa; Pamela Lynn Boling Branstner of Tulsa; Alton Eugene Branstner of the home; grandchildren Brandy Nelson, Brittany Boling-Vaught and her wife Teresa Vaught, Darrell Branstner and Melissa Branstner; his siblings John Boling of Tulsa; Sherman Boling and his wife Donna of Edmond; Jean Priest of Cushing; Joan Baughman of Bartlesville. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mildred Powell.
