Russell John Souter, 57, of Tulsa, passed away, Saturday, August 3, 2024. Russell was born July 8, 1967 in Germany to Geary Phillip and Margaret Sue Souter. He was raised in and attended Berean Baptist Church. Russell was a delivery driver for Heatwave Plumbing and was a Chicago Cubs Fan. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Carrie Fancy Dawn; his son, Geary Lomis Charles Souter of Tulsa, OK; his sister, Tracey Clay and husband David of Colorado. Russell was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Debbie Robbins and his brother, Michael Souter.
