Ruth, 92, was born in Garden City Kansas on January 19, 1926 and passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Montereau Warren Woods in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Markley was the loving mother of five children. Her eldest son, Charles Raymond II "Chuck" Bachlor, preceded her in death on October 5, 1982, at the age of 30. Her youngest son, David Roy Bachlor, preceded her in death on May 19, 2014, at the age of 54. David left behind a wife, Meri Sue Bachlor, and adopted daughter, Randi Jo Bachlor. Ruth is survived by three daughters; Anne Marie Elfrink and husband Donald Elfrink, Nancy Sue LeSage and husband Michael LeSage, and Peggy Ellen Bachlor and partner Sarah Jean Strube. Ruth also leaves seven grandchildren: Nathan and Doug Elfrink, and Adrienne (Elfrink) Davis; and Garrett, Curtis, and Jonathon LeSage, and Natalie (LeSage) Crawford. She leaves eight great grandchildren, in chronological order; Will, Aiden, Alex, Michael, Sydney, Caroline, Penelope, and Marissa, all of which she adored greatly.
A service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 30, 2018, at the Montereau Warren Chapel, 6800 S. Granite Avenue, Tulsa, OK.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Montereau Warren Chapel or the Montereau Memorial Fund.
