Ruth Ellen Braswell age 74 died Saturday, October 10 in Tulsa Oklahoma with her family at her side. Born August 16, 1941 in Paris Arkansas Ruth had many wonderful memories of Arkansas.

Moving to Tulsa as a young teenager Ruth met Larry and married in 1961 and so began their marriage and family. Ruth and Larry had five daughters. Ruth worked as a housewife up until all the girls were raised, then began her career at Ramsey winch company where she made many lifelong friends Ruth was a giver always cooking, baking and delivering these items to people in need, after surgeries, funerals or losses. Mom had a wonderful sense of humor! She was the person everyone went to for advice, a hug and a smile. mom loved her Jesus and family, always active in their lives and always praying for them.

Ruth was preceded in death by her daughter Angela, sister Shirley, brother Lloyd and husband Larry of 41 years. Survivors include her 4 daughters, 2 son in laws, and 18 grand and great grandchildren.

Ruth was laid to rest at Rosehill Cemetery in Tulsa, with Larry.
