Ruth Hall Lane, a remarkable, intelligent woman was born on May 18, 1917 in Amarillo, Texas, ninety-nine years ago. She transitioned from this life to the next on Wednesday, June 15, 2016. She was looking forward to achieving her 100th birthday celebration in eleven months.

She graduated from Tulsa Central high school, Class of 1934. She attended the University of Tulsa and the University of Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marion E. and Elmer A. Hall, her husband of 57 years, Robert W. Lane, three sisters, two brothers and one grandson.

She is survived by her daughters; Marilyn and her husband Newton Wells of College Station, Texas, Dayna Lane of Tulsa, Diana and her husband Alan Lambert of Tulsa, Pat Reynolds and her husband Dale Reynolds of Tulsa, and Vicki and her husband Buddy Roberts of Tulsa. Ruth was also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M., Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Unity Church of Christianity, 3355 S. Jamestown, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
