Obituary
Dr. Sammy Joe Worrall, 80, born on August 13, 1936 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Vallie and Joe Worrall, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2016.
Sam served the Tulsa community for many years as an ear, nose and throat surgeon. He was respected for his generosity and willingness to serve those who were less fortunate.
He served on numerous medical boards and invested time in teaching new medical professionals for many years. Sam was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and his faith was a significant part of his life.
Sam was preceded in death by his wife, Crista Kathleen Worrall, and is survived by his brother, Kenneth Worrall and his children, Stephanie Davison and husband Chris, Hilary Hunt and husband Scott, Natalie Ray and husband Chad, Melanie Croft, Sarah Lowe and husband John, Hannah Worrall, Rebekah McQuivey and husband Riley and Samantha Worrall along with 17 amazing grandchildren.
Services will be held at Moore Funeral Home, Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa, OK on Saturday, October 8 at 10:00 A.M.
