Sampson Joseph Blythe, Jr., of Tulsa, OK, passed away Monday, January 19, 1976, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO, of heart failure. He was born on
Monday, March 4, 1935, in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, to Sampson Joseph Blythe, Sr. and Retha (Childers) Blythe, and was a furniture manager.
He is survived by his parents; 3 sons, Joseph Blythe, Christopher Blythe, and Sampson Joseph Blythe III, all of Pawhuska, OK; daughter, Teresa; sister, Mrs. Jack R. "Marilyn" Klahr of Tulsa, OK; and brother, David Blythe of Oklahoma City, OK.
