Samuel passed away Friday, May 16, 2014. He was born September 15th, 1975 in Leominster, MA to Alfred and Carol Hurtubise. He is survived by son Christon Blake Hurtubise, daughter Merissa Hurtubise, father Alfred Hurtubise and his wife Laureen of Brookfield, MA, siblings Scott Hurtubise and his wife Ann of Oxford, MA, Sandra Hurtubise and life partner Erika of Fitchburg, MA, Michael Hurtubise of Leominster, MA, Angela Egan and her husband William of Tampa, FL, Jason Hurtubise and his wife Athena of Chiefland, FL, James Hurtubise and his wife Lanea of Old Town, FL, Cheri Cooper and her husband Benjamin of Charleston, MA, James Chaisson and his wife Shannon of West Brookfield, MA, Jesse Chaisson and his wife Tenielle of Sturbridge, MA, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by mother Carol Hurtubise.
