Sandra Louise Billard, 75, a Tulsa resident, passed away Friday, January 10, 2025, at her home. Sandra was born on January 16, 1949, to Alfred J. Sheppard and Lucy A. (Cook) Sheppard in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. She was a Store Manager for Braum's. She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, George Henry Billard. Sandra is survived by her children, Michelle, Edward A. Billard, Sr. and Stephen J. Billard; siblings, Sally A. (Sheppard) West, Alfred J. Sheppard, Ronald E. Sheppard and Jeanne M. (Sheppard); grandchildren, Justin McClellan, Edward A. Billard Jr., Gabrielle North and Kayla Billard and great-grandchild, Alexandria Billard.
