Sandra Kaye Trimble passed away peacefully on Sunday July 28th 2024 , at the age of 77.

Born on September 30,1946, in Checotah, Oklahoma, Sandy was the daughter of Chester and Mary Jo (Clark) Mitchell. Sandy's family moved many times during her childhood but eventually she ended up graduating from Tulsa's Will Rogers High School in 1964. There she met here first husband ,Tom Trimble, and were married in 1966. They had two children, Tom and Angie.

Sandy attended Northeastern State University. She dabbled in various jobs - she was a medical assistant, a real estate agent but most notably was the executive assistant to George Kaiser at Kaiser-Francis Oil Company for 35 years. She was passionate, loyal and loved the challenge. While considering retirement, she decided to work for Steve Mitchell at Argonaut Private Equity Group. She absolutely loved her Argonaut family and considered herself the 'House Mother' and earned the title Chaos manager of the company. She left full-time duties in April of this year.

Sandy had so many interests outside of work. She was an avid reader, concert goer, and OU football fan. She enjoyed gardening, horse racing, bowling, watching her kids and grandkids play sports, and trivia nights with family. She loved traveling with her girl friends. She enjoyed spending time fishing on her boat at Ft. Gibson lake and riding motorcycles with George.

Sandy is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jo Mitchell; her father, Chester Mitchell and step-father Bill Protsman.

She survived by her children, Tom Trimble Jr, and Angela Semple and husband Ryan; her sisters- Susan Barker and Beth Houchins and brother in law Jerry Barker; her faithful companion, George Mitchell; her grandchildren- Grace, Trey, Mitchell, Kelsey and Ty and one grand child Emmett; and her dogs, Chip, Charlie and Ozzie.

Sandy will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a knack of making everyone feel special with her kindness and generosity.

A service celebrating Sandy's life will be held at 2pm on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa OK.
