Ruggles, Sarah, 98 of Jenks passed away Saturday, January 20th, 2018. She was born September 22nd 1919 in Spavinaw, OK to Thomas and Hattie Wickliffe. Sarah is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George Ruggles.
