Sheila Liles McKay, 79, of Tulsa, OK, passed away on October 6, 2016. She was born on September 23, 1937 in Tulsa to parents V.E. Liles, Sr. and Emma Pryor Liles.

Sheila was a housewife who spent her time in support of her loving husband, John P. McKay, Sr. and her family. She attended Monte Cassino School and graduated from Tulsa Central High School Class of 1955. She attended Oklahoma A&M. Her passions were traveling with her husband during his career at IBM, cooking, gardening and her many years involved with the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Beverly, her son-in-law, Mack Ames, her son, John Phillip McKay, Jr. and her devoted husband of 49 years, John Phillip McKay, Sr. Survivors include daughters Kim Ames of Oklahoma City; Sydney and Curt Wilson, Tulsa; granddaughters Blair and Andrew Rische of Houston, TX, Erin and Attila Balazs of Oklahoma City; Megan and Lauren Wilson, Tulsa; grandson Ross McKay; daughter-in-law, Paula McKay; great-granddaughter, Sage Rische; and her brother, V.E. Liles, Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX.
