Sherry Kay Baker the first of two children born on August 5th 1938 to Russell and Clara Baker in Coffeyville, Kansas. Sherry and her family moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma when she was a young child. She graduated from Tulsa Will Rogers High School, soon after graduation, she married Bob Brumble her High-School Sweetheart, they were married for 64 years.
Throughout her life, she brought joy to those around her with her warm smile and loving nature. Sherry was devoted to her family and loved being in the kitchen preparing her favorite recipes. Her expertise in the kitchen was renowned, and she delighted friends and family with her famous noodles.
Sherry leaves behind a legacy of love and family. She was preceded in death by Bob her husband and Rusty her son. Sherry's surviving family include: Marc Brumble (wife, Cayla), Brian Brumble (wife, Irma). Five grandchildren Jessica Mathias (husband, Jared), Jake Brumble (wife, Julie), Tayler Brumble, Derek Brumble, Tara Brumble and six great grandchildren Levi Mathias, Aubrey Mathias, Maylee Brumble, Micah Brumble, Maddox Brumble, and Macston Brumble.
A private family graveside service will be held in Sherry Kay Brumbles honor on Saturday August 19th 2023.
