Shirley Ann Bates, 49, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born to James Earl and Sondra Lee (Baze) Adkisson on August 25, 1966 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Aaron Bates; her parents and brother: Phillip Wayne Adkisson.
Shirley is survived by daughter: Rachel Bates; son: Aaron Bates; brothers: Richard Baze, Gregg Adkisson and James Adkisson; cousin: Sylvia Spillman. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
