Obituary
Shirley Lynn Christie passed away September 1st surrounded by family. Born in Texarkana, Texas to her mother Hester Bernadine Johnston, and father Horace Watson Willis on November 19th, 1945. Shirley was raised in Arkansas and moved to Oklahoma in 1969.
A long-time resident of Tulsa, Shirley was a homemaker who went on to volunteer at St Francis hospital where she would eventually retire from working data entry for the Heart Hospital.
She is survived by her husband James Eugene Christie, her two children Stacy Dawn Starling, and James Arthur Christie, her three grandchildren, and her brothers and sisters.
Shirley will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Viewing will be held Friday, September 6th 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 7th both at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel 1908 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK 74112.
