Obituary
Shirley J. Key, 81, of Tulsa, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. She was born November 24, 1935 in Okemah, OK to Alonzo Elbert Tallant and Eva Anderson Tallant. She married Jimmy H. Key on July 16, 1953 and he preceded her in death in 2002. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Key was also preceded in death by a daughter, Valerie Lynn Hacena; her step-dad Louis A. Lankford; 2 brothers, Ogus Dewey "Duke" Tallant and Riley Tallant; 2 sisters, Kathy Brashears and Virginia Robertson. She is survived by 2 daughters, Kimmy R. Anglin of Tulsa and Janet Key of Sulphur, OK; 6 grandchildren, Craig Barnard, Don Barnard, Mandy Barnard, Aichia Hacena, Jamal Hacena and Jameson Miller; 6 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will take place on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa, OK.
