Shirley Ann Shelton passed away peacefully 9/25/2022 and went to be with her Lord and Savior. She was the daughter of Lottie and Leo Scott and was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri.
She married and moved to Tulsa where she raised 2 children. She was a loving mother and devoted her free time to serving in the church in many capacities. She was the church hostess and cook, served on the bereavement committee and sang in the choir. She married James Harlan Shelton in 1974 and they attended Berean Baptist Church and later Southwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Lottie and Leo Scott, her husband James Harlan Shelton and her daughter Kathi McDaniel. She is survived by her son Dr Ferral Endsley, and wife Dana of Abilene, TX; her granddaughter Dr AnnMarie Bloomer, and husband Richard of Atlanta Georgia, granddaughter Dr Avery Williams, and husband Gus of Lubbock TX, granddaughter Ashton Endsley of Lubbock, TX, and granddaughter Hope McDaniel Wolfe , and husband Trent of Broken Arrow, OK.
Her family would like to thank her many friends who checked in on her during her lengthy illness and a special thank you to Cristy Blystone, Janet Meissinger, and Jeannine Fanning for their immeasurable assistance during the end of her life. The family would also like to thank the staff at Cearu Medical Resort and Cura Hospice Care for their compassionate care.
