DOUGLAS, Stephen Albert, 76, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. Born June 27, 1941 in Springfield, MO to Rex Decatur and Mary Elizabeth Douglas. He was an Optician.

Preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Sue Douglas of the home; children, Timothy A. Douglas of Broken Arrow, OK, Brian Powell Douglas and wife, Kacie of Bixby, OK, and Scott Allen Douglas of Tulsa, OK; brother, Rex Powell Douglas of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Alexis and Avery Douglas.
