Stephen R. Frye, born April 16, 1948 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Charles M. Frye and Doris M. Frye(Lothman). Stephen left his loving family and friends on January 30, 2018.

He is survived by wife, Susan C. Frye of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Grant R. and Amber D. Frye of Owasso, OK; granddaughter, Sara A. Frye of Owasso, OK; mother, Doris Bradley of Tulsa, OK; brothers, David Frye (Sharon), Ronald Frey (Barbara); nieces, Carmen Rothlisberger (Phillip), Katie Stone (Damon), Anna Frye; nephew, Greg Frye. Extended family Tauna Gist (Darien) and Andrea Smith, and numerous great niece and nephews.

Stephen was preceded in death by his father Charles M. Frye and Step-father Charles Donald Bradley.

Stephen attended College High School in Bartlesville, OK and earned a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern State University.

After graduation he served as an Army Reservist, before moving to Arkansas and transferring to the Arkansas Air National Guard. In Arkansas he began a career as a Production Planner and worked for several major manufacturers.

Stephen enjoyed Boy Scouts and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Throughout his life Stephen has been an avid OU Sooner Fan! His greatest joys were time with family, friends and fishing.

Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
