Stephen Lee Williams, 24 of Tulsa passed away Monday, August 17, 1992. He was born May 13, 1968 inTulsa, OK. He is survived by his mother and step father, Janice and Reynold Lapeyrouse of Theriot, LA; his father, Joe Williams; sister, JoAnne Turner; grandfather, John Ramsey all of Tulsa. He was a graduate of Liberty Mounds High School.
