Steve Simmons, 56, of Tulsa, passed away December 21, 2025. He was born in Tulsa, OK on November 14, 1969, to Andrew and Azie (Walker) Simmons.
Steve was a working man; he did all sorts of jobs throughout his life. He was a member of Landmark Tabernacle Church. Steve enjoyed playing football his favorite team in the Dallas Cowboys, fishing, swimming, woodworking and was a good cook when he wanted to be. Steven was loved by so many friends and family.
Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Azie, sister, Jacqueline Reid, brother, Andy Simmons and son, La'Keith Rolland.
He is survived by his wife, Samantha (McCallister) Simmons of 8 years, three sons, Jamie Simmons and wife Kaytie, Jordan Simmons and wife Dakota of Tulsa , Nathan Brown of Farmington, NM, daughters, Sherronda Phillips of Tulsa, Jacqueline Simmons of the home, sister, Hattye Morton and husband Chris of Tulsa, brother Michael Simmons of Phoenix, AZ, father, Andrew Simmons and wife Arcena of Tulsa. Oldest nephew Chris Reid, oldest niece Christy Reid, Jeremiah Smith and Tanisha Smith. Steven left behind many grandchildren that he loved. We called him Dizzle.
Private family memorial service will be held on January 3rd. 2026.
