Steven Paul Mindeman passed away on Wednesday, February 22 after a courageous battle with cancer. Steve was born on February 20, 1961 at St. Francis Hospital to Paul and Billie Mindeman.

Steve was a lifelong resident of Tulsa and attended Carnegie Elementary, Nimitz Jr. High, and graduating from Memorial High School in 1979. Steve then attended The University of Oklahoma and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Steve later attended and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BA degree.

Possessed with a beautiful smile and positive attitude he loved his church, Kirk of the Hills. Steve loved music, classic movies, dogs, golf and tennis. He was a member of Shadow Mountain Racquet Club and Philcrest Hills Tennis Club.

Steve was preceded in death by his father, Paul. He is survived by his mother, Billie, brother Mark, both of Tulsa, niece Emily Collins of Hurst, Texas, and niece Allie Lawson, of Tulsa, aunts Joyce Mindeman and Frances Maxwell both of Tulsa, and Jim Blue of Alta, New Mexico.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 28 at Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church at 11:00 am.
