Steven L. Powell, 64, of Tulsa passed away Thursday, June 11th, 2015. Steven was born to Jesse and Luyce Powell on November 19th, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patti Brown. Steven is survived by his wife, Cynthia Powell; brother Bill Powell and wife Claudia; sister-in-law Angela and husband Tom Seibal; mother-in-law; six nieces; one nephew and a host of great-nieces and nephews. He was an accountant in the oil and gas industry. Steven was a loving son, brother, husband, uncle and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
